  Fixed an issue with the localized order sum not showing up at the order details page.

  Updated the categeries module. Fixed an issue with "gift certificates" being displayed with the wrong style.

  Updated the functionality of the payment function, to convert the sums to the currency selected, for a payment method in the admin area, regardless of the default currency setting.

  Fixed an issue, where a new customer created during a manual order session would have it's fields reverted to a default setting.

  Added an option to allow the selection of a different currency to be used for the notification email.
